Before filling out the registration form below, please note the following:

—– * New changes for 2025 *—–
*A bigger, better trade show at a new time – Friday May 23, 2025, from 3:00-7:00 pm open to all SAO Members, optometric assistants, opticians, and ophthalmologists.
*Re-launching an optometric staff continuing education event leading into their attendance at the trade show – we already have commitments of multiple offices to bring their staff and expect 100+ attendees.
*A new “industry night” following the trade show. Companies can choose an optional $1,000 add-on to put their names on this event which will follow the trade show.
*Trade Show Exhibitors can supply one or more prizes (value of $50+) for a company related question draw at the Trade Show.

Single Booth
Early Registration (until March 7): $1,100
Regular Registration: $1,250

Each booth includes:
– Registration for 2 company reps
– One 10′ long x 8′ deep booth space
– One 6′ table with skirt
– Back and side draping for booth
*All costs are INCLUDING GST*

Double Booth
Early Registration (until March 7): $2,050
Regular Registration: $2,375
– Registration for 2 company reps
– 20′ long x 8′ deep booth space
– One 6′ table with skirt
– Back and side draping for booth

Terms and Conditions
Payment is due upon registration and invoices will be sent out promptly. If payment is not received by April 28, 2025, the SAO reserves the right to cancel/alter your booking.

    1. Pay via e-Transfer – Please send your e-Transfer to admin@saosk.ca.
    2. Pay via credit card – If paying by credit card, please note a processing fee of 3.59% will be added to the amount.
    3. Send a cheque to the SAO office.


  • Vendor set up time is Friday, May 23 from 11:00 am -3:00 pm.
  • Vendor take down must occur Friday, May 23rd immediately following the end of the tradeshow.  

  • If you would like to book a hotel room at the conference hotel, we have a block of rooms set aside at the Holiday Inn.

    Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations received before April 18th will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations received between April 18th and April 30th will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after May 1st will not receive a refund.
