Please find here the 2026 Notice of AGM for the SAO’s 117^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 10:50 a.m. on Saturday, April 25th. The AGM will take place in-person during our 2026 conference at the Delta, Umbria Room in Regina. 

In addition, the SAO is seeking nominations for four (4) Members of Council:

• Four (4) members for two (2) year terms

Nominations received 24 hours prior to the AGM shall be added to the ballot. All nominations received less than 24 hours prior to the AGM shall be considered nominations from the floor. Nominations shall be sent to admin@saosk.ca
