Please find here the 2025 Notice of AGM for the SAO’s 116^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, May 24th. The AGM will take place in-person during our 2025 conference at TCU Place, Gallery C/D in Saskatoon. 

In addition, the SAO is seeking nominations for four (4) Members of Council:

• Four (4) members for two (2) year terms

Nominations received 24 hours prior to the AGM shall be added to the ballot. All nominations received less than 24 hours prior to the AGM shall be considered nominations from the floor. Nominations shall be sent to admin@saosk.ca
